The Challenge
The distributor closed deals in HubSpot but generated invoices manually in Xero. The finance team copied deal data by hand: client name, products, quantities, pricing, payment terms. Each invoice took 15-20 minutes.

Why This Was Not a Standard Project

The Technical Deep Dive
